I am a psychology researcher with a passion for understanding the intricate dynamics of human behavior in contemporary contexts. My academic journey has been marked by consistent excellence—achieving first position at both MPhil and M.Sc. levels—and a deep commitment to rigorous, impactful research.
My most recent work investigates the psychological dynamics of social media within the Pakistani population, examining how digital platforms shape emotional well-being, identity, and social connections. This research, completed through my MPhil thesis at the University of Jhang, reflects my broader interest in applying psychological science to emerging real-world challenges.
During my year-long internship at the University of Jhang's Counseling Center, I translated theory into practice—conducting psychological assessments, delivering mental health interventions, and developing a nuanced understanding of client-centered care. This experience solidified my commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
I bring expertise in SPSS, SmartPLS, and quantitative research design, alongside proficiency in scale validation—demonstrated through my published work on adapting the Brief Emotional Intelligence Scale for Pakistani culture. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to our understanding of educational psychology during the COVID-19 pandemic.
